LookBuyValue is a marketplace where people list items for sale and buyers contact sellers to purchase them. We provide the listing tools, optional AI assistance, messaging, and offer/negotiation features. We are not a party to any sale — the contract to buy or sell an item is between the buyer and the seller. We don't inspect items, guarantee condition, or hold funds in escrow.
You need an account to list, message, or make offers. You're responsible for the accuracy of your listings and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use LookBuyValue.
Listing is free, subject to monthly category limits described on our Pricing page. You may not list items that are illegal to sell, stolen, counterfeit, recalled for safety reasons, or that violate someone else's rights. We can remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these terms without notice.
LookBuyValue AI can identify items from photos, suggest pricing, draft listings, and help negotiate with buyers. AI output is a suggestion, not a guarantee of value or a professional appraisal — you always have final say over your listing's price, description, and any accepted offer. The intended price is a flat $1.99 per product, or unlimited under LookBuyValue Pro Max ($9.99/month, cancel anytime) — card charges haven't been switched on yet, so AI features are free to use for now. We'll clearly disclose before that changes.
Item payments happen directly between buyer and seller (in person, or however you arrange with the other party) unless we state otherwise on the listing. Fees for AI features or Pro Max are billed by us. We'll clearly disclose any fee before you're charged.
Be honest with other users. Don't use LookBuyValue to harass, defraud, or misrepresent yourself or an item. We can suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the platform, other users, or our AI features.
LookBuyValue is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that any listing is accurate, that any AI estimate is correct, or that a sale will happen. You use the marketplace and meet other users at your own risk — take normal precautions for in-person exchanges and payments.
We may update these terms as LookBuyValue evolves. Continuing to use LookBuyValue after a change means you accept the updated terms.
